#385 Stop the Presses! We Have a RECHECK (comeback)!

When a recheck (comeback) occurs, human nature says hide! While we may not hide, we often go through this weird internal war of trying to address it while trying to avoid it. Let everyone know that everything else drops a notch behind it immediately. Figure out how to knock it down and impress the customer so much that they will never consider going elsewhere. This is one of the key features of the most successful shops.
