#381 Don’t Confuse Fixing a Shop with Fixing a Car
When you address a problem on a car, normally, that means the issue is 100% fixed. When you address a problem with a shop, that usually means you are improving the issue. You typically do not resolve a shop issue quickly or entirely.
In most cases, your goal is to make things better. Then, after a certain period of time, if things are still not improved enough, you can take another swing at it. Rarely will a shop issue ever get fixed 100%. Focus on improvement, not perfection.
