A couple things to think about when adding a photo. It seems that every time a customer blames you for scratching their car, it’s on the right side. The side they never look at. It could have a 1″ scrape with rust on it down the whole right side of the car, but somehow it wasn’t there when they dropped it off. We try to take a photo at a 45 degree angle from either the right front or the right rear of the car. That way we’ve always got photos of the right side. Also, don’t take the photo inside the shop, lighting is not as good and no one wants to see your lifts and dirty equipment in that photo. Get in the habit of using your phone or tablet in landscape mode too, the photo will be wide and not tall.
