We just purchased an AUTEL maxidiag elite from our parts supplier for $350. So far so good on euro cars, etc to reset mnt reminder lites, etc. Says it handles euro, Asian, big 3 American, etc. 8 gig card included and updated. Be careful about buying out of date, card too small for updates, etc.

Thanks for initial input guys! I operate a goodyear store in Atlanta, Ga. We do $2.1 million per year in sales 80% service, 20% tires. We make over 10% net profit from sales. I am looking for a “program” to keep me focused on the important things(#)s, manage the people better so I can open a 2nd store.

I am the owner son. Thankfully I was able to learn to be a “good” service writer, and a better store manager. If the “right” training has been provided along with follow up coaching. The best thing to do is help the owner to find the son a better fit in the marketplace for his skills. They will both be happier in the long run.

Anybody else out there try Management Success, ATI, APM, RL Oconnor, 180, turnaround tour, Elite, ?
I would really appreciate some input. Big Decision to spend the time and money.

We use Identafix and All data.

We use GBMS Goodyear system. It is about to be replaced by VAST from MAM. I would rate GBMS a 5. Does most things needed just not easily. Reporting is terrible.
