Looking for Management/Sales Training
It seems like so much of the live, local training in this industry is mechanical only. What type of Management/Sales Training would be helpful, and in what type of format? I think training for sales, management and administrative is just as important. What good is all that tech training without great sales, management and presentations.?

Doesn’t anyone have any advice on this?
I was searching sites for opinions/experience with ATI, management success, APM, RLO, Elite, etc.
