Here in Eureka ca. we have 16 bays 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor and another 4,000 sq ft mezzanine. 20 outdoor parking places.
One thought I have for those shop owners that have smaller shops, our largeness occurred with one owner and is 50 years in the making.
