were down about 50% april through november. seems to be coming back. december was much better.Wow I’m surprised by the numbers. Here in PA lockdowns were a hinderance. We were down about 19%. We are happy with that all things considered. This is going to be a good year. Have some new marketing ideas started.

Up 9% in Dec 2020 compared with Dec 2019. We initially assumed clients will stop booking during the lockdown, but it turned out most of our regulars decided to do their service even earlier. It definitely helped the shop – not gonna lie!
We were down for the year now that all the dust has settled.Phone and car count also down. 3rd quarter was ugly we had 11 days without power because of 2 hurricanes.
