    Bonus point #6–it is separate and alone from the front desk. This  makes it quiet and serene for those who wait. They don’t have to listen to potentially difficult phone calls or customers.  In addition, customers don’t have to be concerned about sharing information in front of strangers. You may not get all the information you need if prying ears are present.
