    Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me with an easy way for technicians to keep their time on jobs as well as what parts they are using for the job. Is there any program out there than can be put on multiple computers that integrate together to reduce the amount of hand writing for the technician where he can easily go in and put his parts used, quantity, description of repairs and his time? We currently use Napa Tracs for our management software if that makes a difference. Our Snap-On diagnostic scanner out in the shop is also a Windows computer so any program I could put on there for the tech that could also integrate with the front counter to me would be ideal I think.

    Any insight will be appreciated.

In our Digital Wrench program we have a ‘Labor Logger’ that makes it easy to log work hours per job with one click. They would need to use the RO part of the program to add parts. It is networkable so you could have it at many stations.
