Let’s Talk “Listening”
I was in a shop owner meeting recently and made a reference to Tom Peters which, looking at others, brought out blank stares. Who? Peters exploded on the scene 40 years ago. I’ll include a 3-minute video here from 2009. Tom Peters’ book “In Search of Excellence” was the first ‘outside of the industry’ management book I ever purchased. It’s an excellent read. Here’s his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/TomPetersExcellenceNow/videos
