Do-It-Yourself Pinion Seal By A Brother-In-Law Gone Wrong
The customer thought we wanted too much for a pinion seal after talking to his brother-in-law. We had just rebuilt the transmission a month before.
What’s more, the month following this repair, the guy’s wife has the transmission in her Taurus fail. In the course of 90 days, this customer spent almost $10K with our shop. If it wasn’t for bad luck, he wouldn’t have any luck at all, right?
