You and your staff are Morons…..
…..said the vendor to the shop owner.
While those were not the exact words it was clearly the gist of what was said. The majority of suppliers would not give that impression even if they were thinking it. But there are quite a few who do. It could be a vendor for shop equipment, software, computer hardware, parts, training or anything else that a shop owner buys.
There are certain vendors who seem to think that most people working in auto repair shops are idiots. Therefore when their product or service fails they quickly blame it on the user.
If you are a vendor keep in mind that most of us are reasonably intelligent. Just because you ran into a few who were not be careful not to project that on all of us. We really have better things to do than spend our time contacting you for help. We generally only do that when we have run out of ideas to figure it out ourselves.
When that happens odds are that the problem is with your product or service. You will never fix it if you do not accept that and your future sales numbers will reflect it.
