    This shop – meaning your shop.

    When you interview an applicant, are just chomping at the bit to give him or her a tour of the wonderful facility they will be residing in 2,000+ hours per year? 
    The amenities. The professional feel. The cleanliness. The organization. The climate. 
    Yes, you say…good for you!
    No, you say…I sure hope you are not complaining about how hard it is to find good employees. 
    I would not even consider working in most shops. I suspect a lot of potential good employees feel the same way.
