Where are the new employees

Can anyone give me a concrete suggestion where to find new employees? I’ve tried the parts stores, tool trucks, trade schools, labor dept., veterans, ant ideas?

A lot of shops use some kind of headhunter site like ACT Staffing.

A lot of shops also run constant ads on Craigslist.

Where are the new employees
