UN-Paid Time Off Policy
If you have a policy covering UN-PAID time off (time off after an employee has used up all of their paid time off), would you share it with us?
How many days are allowed? None? 5? 10? Unlimited?

Depends on the circumstances. Each one decided on ad hoc basis. Only policy is that we will discuss each request and decide based on the circumstances.
