    Ten reasons why Shop Licensing is ineffective

    All shops are already subject to a certain amount of regulation today including (depending on the area): Zoning, building and fire codes, IRS, Treasury, Work comp, OSHA, insurance regulations, business licenses, and unemployment.
    Odds are that most of those hack shops who would be the target of shop licensing already violate all or most of this list.
    Why would we think that adding one more thing to the list will make a difference?
