    Target new customer count is always a hot topic. And, there are many variables that can affect it. Location/Geographic Area, The Brands A Shop Specializes In, Marketing Strategy, and so much more.

    So, my question is: 
    What is your new customer count goal per Month.
    What Brand Vehicles Do You Specialize In.
    What City and State Are You Located In.
    What is limiting you from hitting your new customer count – or, What is making you achieve it every Month?

    Honda/Acura – Toyota/Lexus
    Grand Rapids, MI
    Internet, drive-by – working well

    Looking for 55 new customers per month. that would make us at about 24% new customers per month.

    we are at 22% avg.
    we are 65 % VW 25% audi and looking to up my MB BMW Mini and Porsche in the future.
    South Fl   Internet and referrals.

    Great input Gentleman. An average ~20% new customers vs. repeat customers while specializing in 4 – 6 Car brands. 

    Would you say the a shop servicing 2 or less car brands per Month, therefore a super Niche Market, like Volvo/Saab, or Mercedes/Smart/Sprinter would have a smaller new customer target and be focused more on maintaining current customers to maintain car count?
