Thanks Joe,

Built in 1949 as a Packard Agency. Copper tubing through-out floors &

ceilings for hot water heat, tiny doorways & restrooms, Built on a peat

bog. Steel framework driven into bedrock. Building staying still while

the parking lot drops (approx 8″ in 60+ years) all in all has worked out

well for us.

I really love vintage building designs like that, just things you don’t see much of. I would bet it’s a building that stands out in the community….which is exactly what you want. Very cool!
