Name three reasonably well know people (one can watch videos of them on the net) who you believe would be great service advisors. People who you could use as examples for yourself or your employees.

Myself – Who else would do this job 100 hours a week with no over time and keep the respect for the customer and the employee’s in check and still go to bed without his head exploding!! All you owners know just what I mean. But this is still the best job I have ever had don’t get me wrong and would never look back!
