My car blew an engine and it\'s totalled
I work at a quick lube chain. My car blew an engine. I took it for repair. The cost for a new engine exceeds the KBB high and low value. Can I just sign the title over to the repair shop and end it there?

The laws on things like this vary from one area to another.
In most cases, you could just “sell” the car to them for $1.00 if you wanted to be done with it.
Check with the government in your area that handles titles.
