Ignition Coil Replacement Policy:
“When we are pursuing an engine miss and we recommend an ignition coil, also recommend replacing all ignition coils that appear to be the same age or older than the failed coil. If the customer chooses to replace only the failed coil, make sure the recommendation to replace the others is clearly noted on the invoice so if the car returns later for an issue related to an ignition coil that was not replaced, we have documented our recommendation to replace them all.”
