This has been a very common issue the last few years around here. Many lost franchises. Many, if not most, have closed. You will have to be very creative and open minded to look at how other independent (non-dealer franchise) shops succeed. Franchise dealers normally operate much differently and have a hard time changing into the independent world.

Tom is correct franchisee business is little bit slow down especially

now asian vehicles is more popular than others, so, I suggest until

such time you don’t have new business come , you can start look after

for a quick lube centers plus a 1 to 2 hours auto service business, in

that case you still have an steady income, reducing manpower is the

last option.
