    I agree to full disclosure,  qoutes, but a first time customer should be treated a little differently,  I will have a discussion about the severity of the work needed, and prioritize the work. And explain why your shop is the right place for them and proper inspections are a part of what you do for no additional charge, and it will help to keep thier car in top running condition.
