    -We WANT you do succeed here! So, we need to know what you need from us. We will go to great lengths to provide you with whatever you need to do an exceptional job.
    -Shop Themes:
    -Detailed.
    -Thorough.
    -The customer has a crystal clear understanding of what is being purchased.
    -Hurrying causes mistakes.
    -The SA takes extra time during ALL procedures, including:
    -Appointment taking.
    -The write up interview.
    -Estimating.
    -Customer contact for selling services.
    -Finishing the RO.
    -Checking out the customer.
    -SENSITIVE to customer’s concerns (pricing, worries, etc)
    -Creating RO’s:
    -Use the RO checklist for each RO.
    -Meet with the tech briefly for his input before you create an estimate.
    -Enter ALL of the tech’s comments on the RO.
    -Have the tech proof read the RO that is given to him after the job is sold.
    -Have the tech proof read the final invoice.
    -Labor times for estimates: If NOT in a canned job already:
    -Get the time from: __________
    -Get the time from: __________
    -Use the average of the above 2 times.
    -Ask the techs for their estimate of lowest and highest times, check with the manager or tech if these times vary greatly from your estimated time.
    -Parts sources: We have certain vendors for certain parts. Ask if you are not sure which one to use.
    -Parts pricing: Use the pricing guidelines chart to determine the prices on parts that are being added to inventory for the first time.
    -When to make selling calls: It is preferable to make selling calls in the morning or early afternoon before 3:00 PM.
    Save late day selling calls for the next morning when possible.
