Future Techs aren't the only ones in short supply

I think that is even more critical than the technician shortage.

On a slightly different note we’ve been working with local collages and trade schools to fill more than 15 positions and have to chase ALL of the instructors and placement offices just to get a call back.

I think the teacher shortage may be affecting recruiting as well.
