Advisors, techs and parts staff see things mainly related to what they each do without having things that they never use cluttering up their screens. For example, authorization options are found only on the advisor screen, punching on and off labor ops is only on the tech screen, more inventory options are available on the parts manager screen. This allows more information to be easily available overall since it is split between multiple screens (or modules) instead of all packed into one.
