  Bad Google Reviews – Which Car Makes?

  I love tracking things. Recently, I decided to start tracking more details about bad Google reviews. We don’t have many of them, but since they drive me up the wall, I want to gain more insight. We are a typical service-all-makes independent shop. Here is what I found when I went back six years.

  Euro cars: 0%

  We don’t service many Euros, but we have a few every week.

  Asian cars: 0%

  Asian is our most serviced group.

  Mid to higher domestic cars: 0%

  We service these regularly – Cadillac, Lincoln, Buick.

  Chevy, Ford, Dodge: 100%

  This is our second-most-serviced group.

  We are certainly not going to stop servicing Chevy, Ford, and Dodge. But we will be looking at them a bit differently from now on.
