Assistant service manager – Position Open in Elk Grove, Illinois
How can I advertise on this site for an assistant service manager that is experienced in getting approvals for repairs authorized through fleet management companies like Enterprise, Emkay, Maps, Dolen, and others? I offer a Monday through Friday 40 hour work week, insurance, dental, 401K, and paid holidays and vacation. We have been an ASE Blue Seal Shop since the program was started. Does anyone have a comment or an idea on marketing for an assistant service manager? I have done the Career Builder and Indeed routes with no success.

Indeed, LinkedIn and Craigslist are what we have used with some success.
The ad itself and especially the title make a huge difference.
Also since most everyone is working the job has to offer something more and special compared to where they are now.
