I believe those need to be estimated/priced/billed individualy as there are many veriables.
Just prepair your customer for surprises in that you are giving them an ESTIMATE of the cost of repairs.

I am not sure appreciate is the correct word. I feel it shows commitment on our part and puts a responsability on them.

Struck a deal with a detail shop next door that is hungry. $8.00 each for a hand wash and dry within 30 min.. No more broken antenna’s, mirrors, scratches, ect…..
Used the automatic wash down the street for $6 for years, we get a much better responce this way.

We give them 10 min. and give a call. Some forget, some just blow you off. 2 no show/no calls and customer no longer gets the opportunity to make a appointment. (just drop it off and we will get to it when we have time).

I hate to doubt your testing methods, But the information from your original post does not add up to an engine replacement. I am probly missing something. Can you please clarify what is going on with the engine so we can help?
