Training for Techs and Service Advisors/Service Managers
Just wanted to see what everyone is doing to keep their technicians and themselves trained. We send 2 people every year (from each of our 4 locations) to the VisionKC conference in Overland Park, KS. I have attended 3 years in a row and let me tell you that the training on both sides is phenomenal. It is 4 days of intense, hands-on training, and I wish it was longer. The first 2 years I split between tech classes and management classes. This year I plan on doing all management classes. The amount of information that’s covered in 4 days is crazy.
