    Just did the install last week.  Now the task of setting up the inspection checklists. This is going to require a big shift in our work flow from how we do things now.  Early impression, its still a beta version.

    We have been using touch from the beginning, the big learning curve is getting the writers to pick it up and go greet the customer with the phone or tablet in their hands. Writers like to hide behind the computer screens. So one of the things that I got it for is to be able to text customer right from your phone, this worked at first but now has stopped working. ROW has said they are working on it. Ok work on it, and while your are at it make it so we can get signatures on the tablets or phones. This is the real value in this techie stuff.  Thanks…AC Guarino

    Is anyone still using the RO Touch system? How would you rate it? Pro’s and Con’s?
