I went to the seminar about 15 years ago and could not believe how much I learned. You have to have an open mind and the attitude that you can make changes to get your business on track. I know people who made some big changes for the better after the seminar, and others who refused to believe that they could make any money in this business and continued with what they were doing. If you like they way things are going at your shop, then don’t make any changes . . . I knew I need to either get things working, or get out of the business.
