  My favorite software for the shop is Phone Tray Pro, its used to zap unwanted calls.

  Cons-
  Must allow phone to ring 2 times, pick up on 3rd ring.

  Pros-
  No more unwanted phone calls – Credit Card Companies, Google etc.
  Can assign a Phone Tray message for unwanted callers or make your own.
  List of daily calls, if I go out of the office I can see who called.
  Caller ID on computer screen with voice.
  Can change Caller ID to name you want.
  Inexpensive.

  This software has been a great tool. No more aggravation from unwanted calls when under a vehicle, I don’t even get up until the 3rd ring.
