  Non wage incentives

  I am wondering if anyone is using a non wage based employee incentive program. This could be a “rewards” type program where the employee gets points for unit sales, Midas Card apps, exemplary Marchex calls, above and beyond actions and/or based on anything we need to build, refine, improve, ect. It might be a combination of an actual rewards catalog, additional paid time off, visa cards, ect.

  We use a daily tracker now that would be easy to use with a points program, if we can establish the cost of a “point”. Trying to get away from wage based spiffs. The bookkeeping aspect of wage based incentives ,when paying across multiple pay periods and varying hours worked per week, is more than i care to worry about any longer.
