Does anyone have a generic questionaire for your customers concerning noises? We had a customer schedule his wife’s vehicle for a noise. She couldn’t bring the vehicle in for a test drive and the husband never heard the noise. I’d like to create a questionaire to prompt customers to think about the noise, what it sounds like, where it sounds like it’s coming from, when they hear it, etc. Does anyone have a questionaire created already that might help? Thanks!
