Most Shops Schedule Employees to Work More Than 40 Hours
This survey, “Employee Hours Per Week at Your Shop,” shows that most techs and advisors work more than 40 hours per week. We suspect that many shops do not fully realize how much this costs. It typically makes a significant dent in the P&L.
