    To prevent wasted trips and reduce frustration, recommend that your customers ask these 10 questions when calling or emailing about a used car for sale:

    1: May I take the car to my shop to have it inspected?

    2: How many owners has the car had?

    3: Do you have the service records?

    4: What repairs have been done since you have owned it?

    5: Has the engine or transmission ever been replaced?

    6: Are there any fluid leaks?

    7: Are there any warning lights on?

    8: Is there any rust?

    9: Is there any interior damage?

    10: Is there anything needing repair?
