For key number 18 we want to know the average number of hours that are produced on an RO.
Last month Acme Auto serviced 146 vehicles which included 275 produced hours.
275 ÷ 146 = 1.88
So, key number 18 is 1.88 Average Hours per RO
When looking at this number for a typical independent shop which is solidly profitable, this number will normally run between 2.3 and 2.9 hours.
