for a Service Engineer.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist dealership service technicians in troubleshooting
technical problems at an OEM’s On-Demand Contact Center. Combine your
experience and repair knowledge with an expansive database to provide the
latest fix information to dealership technicians via phone and the web.
Regularly collaborate with other service engineering teams to diagnose and
provide the most accurate information to ‘Fix It Right the First Time.”
Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product
engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve
various service issues.
