Intro
Hi everyone I hope that everyone had a good Thanksgiving and is doing well. I thought I would introduce myself…. I have been in the auto repair field for 20 years now both as shop Manager and service adviser. I am currently a service adviser at a 2 store independent repair / tire shop south of Atlanta GA. Prior to that I was a shop manager working for the same independent repair shop for 18 years in Maryland before moving to Georgia two years ago.. When I first moved to Georgia I ended up working in commercial parts sales for a parts house (hated it for the most part but it was a job.) Then a few months ago after dealing on the phone with my current employer he asked me to come to work for him. I have now been there for about 3 months and for the most part it is going well. I am looking forward to reading the forums and seeing what information is out there.
