    The growing use of mobile is not a new topic by any means. Chances are you’ve come across a few articles on the Google Algorithm change for mobile, unofficially titled “Mobilegeddon,” which penalizes websites that are not mobile-friendly. Though many dealerships understand the importance of making their website responsive and/or creating a mobile application for a great user experience, there are still many dealers who haven’t made it a priority.

    Since parts and services generate the most profit for dealerships, it’s essential that their parts and service page(s) can easily be found in a mobile search and scheduling appointments are simple. Creating a mobile application that provides OEM recommended service, promotes special offers, and supports scheduling is even more valuable, as it helps with customer retention.
