Another way you can build customer retention is to build your list.
You can have a direct response website with an offer like a free oil change.
Your potential customer can sign up to get the offer.
Once you have their contact information you can market to them over and over.
You can send them a message promoting your offers/specials etc.
This is a great way to get them to return to your shop and improve customer retention.
