The cost of all stocking and non-stocking parts which have ever been entered into the software, and which are sourced from an integrated vendor can be scheduled to automatically update at selected intervals.
Example: The software “calls the vendor” and all prices are checked and updated at 3:00AM every Sunday morning.When an estimate is created Monday morning, the parts cost will always be accurate regardless of how long it has been since that part was last sold. This will plug a money leak that exists in almost every shop.
