A single screen can be brought up for any selected date range of appointments showing which parts need to be ordered for those appointments. Those parts can then be selected, availability checked using vendor inventories and then ordered from this same screen. Whenever there is a sufficient quantity of a particular part already on hand or already scheduled to be delivered before the appointment those parts do not show up on the screen.
