Exchange cooperation
We, USAE, have a
workshop and are the main distributor of parts and accessories for US cars in
Denmark, Europe.We are expanding and
looking into how we can do this while improving our customer service. As part of
the process we decided to convert to Pace Software. We have a big seasonality
and I’m looking into expanding our phone opening hours without driving labor
cost through the room.My thought was an
exchange program/cooperation with someone in the US who is used to the YES
system and is strong in US cars and would mind coming to Denmark to work for a
few weeks or a month over the summer. Afterwards we could then set up a phone
service cooperation across the Atlantic. We are 6 hours ahead of East Coats
time, and I thinking that the phone service cooperation should be 2-way.Thoughts, ideas or
interest in these thoughts are more than welcome. -
