looking into how we can do this while improving our customer service. As part of
the process we decided to convert to Pace Software. We have a big seasonality
and I’m looking into expanding our phone opening hours without driving labor
cost through the room.
My thought was an
exchange program/cooperation with someone in the US who is used to the YES
system and is strong in US cars and would mind coming to Denmark to work for a
few weeks or a month over the summer. Afterwards we could then set up a phone
service cooperation across the Atlantic. We are 6 hours ahead of East Coats
time, and I thinking that the phone service cooperation should be 2-way.
