  Can anyone assist this overseas shop with management software and technical advice?

  We are currently running general motors auto diagnostics and servicing center, we are looking for a software to help us manage the shop and also a technical adviser who we can reach out for help whenever we find it difficult to solve major electrical problems that arises from diagnosing vehicles
