    Good Morning,

We have been in business for over 4 years. Our First 3 years were spent in a small, dark, hidden location with 2 hoists and a pit. We have recently moved to a facility with double the space and much more exposure to a busy street. Our business has always been focused on fleet services as it has provided us with a steady day-to-day flow. We are now content with our fleet business, and are looking to bring in more walk-in traffic. I have had more walk ins in the past 3 weeks at our new location then we did at our old location in 3 years.

What has worked for you in the past and what provided you with the most success? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Certain businesses/buildings catch your eye (in a positive way) when you are driving. Drive around your area and take notes on which ones stand out and why. Then do those things to yours.

The best/nicest looking business of any kind (assuming the location quality is equal) will get the most walk-in traffic. Find the three best looking auto repair shops in your area. Then make yours look better…significantly better.
