I agree to full disclosure, qoutes, but a first time customer should be treated a little differently, I will have a discussion about the severity of the work needed, and prioritize the work. And explain why your shop is the right place for them and proper inspections are a part of what you do for no additional charge, and it will help to keep thier car in top running condition.

I have the atlas alignment machine , I’ve had it for five years . So far it has been very good. I got the zero runout heads , blue tooth, and I bought the calibration bar. Good support with updates etc. it has good features and is easy to train new people on it.
