    Thank you,
It is much as I expected, and it’s good to see my thoughts on it reflected in your feedback.

It’s very tempting to hear of services that address things that I may not “want” to do, but that does not change the fact that I should be doing them.

I’ve tried to use Adwords, but keep getting stopped by their trademark terms. My shop specializes in just Land Rover, and they have every brand specific word trademarked.
Adwords support wont tell me if it’s the search term, or something in my business description that is causing my account to fail to meet requirements.
At one time I was able to get things moving by changing my business description from “independent Land Rover specialists” to  “independent land rover specialists” – Think the change in caps was only a short term fix. Down side is I don’t know if that is the current issue.

    Any input?

I too am researching Kukui, and looking for feedback.

Currently have recently remodeled website, and using DemandForce for the last 3+ years (was going to move to CustomerLink before they were acquired by Intuit and merged into DemandForce).

Had terrible experience with a Bendpak 4 post open front alignment rack. Rear slip plate rollers rusted up in under a year. Release locks binding occationally (even after multiple cable adjustments). Powder coat flaking off in under a year. – Switched to Hunter scissor lift and never looked back.

Also have 2 post Bendpak (10K assymetrical) and it has been fine so far (about 2-3 yrs now).
Have some older Complete Hydraulic units, but they are not ANSI certified, but have been good for the $$$.
There’s also an old Forward 2 post lift (which was already installed when I bought the building – guessing about 15+ yo), and it has worked great – has a chain for tension/leveling, but is a little low on overhead beam height for the SUVs I work on.
Getting some Rotarys for the new shop I’m workign on, looking forward to using what many consider the best racks in the industry (hope that holds true).
