I am with shop owner Ron Tinner who reaffirms that you are not the owner of the shop but the owner of the business. Someone, mainly you, must be attending to specific functions of your shop so that you can attend to the business side of things.
Ron says that if you are not doing this that is why most businesses struggle due to self-inflicted wounds. Ron is also a part-time business coach and believes every shop should have one. It changed his world and he is helping others to change theirs.
